Payment
Payment can be made by Cash, Venmo or Zelle. If you prefer to pay by credit card, a convenience fee of 2.5% will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is charged to cover the processing costs associated with credit card payments. Please note that this fee does not apply to other types of payment.
Cancelation Policy
To reserve a date for your coffee ceremony, a deposit of 50% of the total event cost must be made at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.​
Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations sent by phone or text message will not be accepted.
