How do I book a coffee ceremony?
To book a coffee ceremony, select the package that suits your needs. Complete your reservation by filling out the booking form and submitting payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.​

What types of coffee do you offer?
We offer a selection of premium coffee blends from various regions, including Ethiopian, Rwandan, Costa Rican, Guatemalan, Colombian, Brazilian, and Mexican coffee. You can choose your preferred blend when booking your ceremony.

Can I customize the snacks provided during the ceremony?
Yes! We can accommodate certain requests for additional snacks or modifications. Please contact us before your event to discuss any specific dietary needs or preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation by submitting a request via email.  Full or partial refunds may be offered. Read more about our cancellation policy here.

Can I reschedule my event?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled event. Please reply to your confirmation email with your desired new date and time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
